Food give us the Chakra ( or can be understand as energy ^^ ) that we need to live, or sometimes , to survive . If we were lost in the jungle and having nothing to eat for 3 days , we will as well take some bugs to eat just to survive ....

And so , this picture is to remember those who live without food . Whenever and whatever you eat , don't waste the food , because somebody is dying out there , starving !!!

Back to concept Now my head is able to think

Chakra simbol was based on Naruto manga I draw it on the bread using Chilli sauce ( I was meant to use some Tomato ketchup , it will be more red , but my house just gone out of ketchup , so I use chilli sauce instead ) . Increase contrast , increase in yellow content in color balancing , minor burn to even out the light from the window
