an unedit version of :

* YOU CAN USE THIS PICTURE TO PRACTICE THE TECHNIQUE AND SHARE IT AROUND IF YOU LIKE. But I'm not encouraging this, if you can master this technique , try to combine it with your own style, I'm sure it will get you much further than just using demonstrating pictures like mine :XD:

* HOW TO EDIT :

Software : Photoshop 8 CS ( but I guess every photoshop version can do this too )

1st : Duplicate this layer
2nd : Look at the bar on top . Go to Filters --> Distort --> Wave . Then play with the numbers until you have the effect you want . "EXPERIMENTING IS A MUST" !!!

3rd : After you done , use the eraser tool to delete some parts of the flower how to make it looks like the flower is floating on the water ( I did erase the middle of the flower :XD: )

There , you got the reasult ;)
