I've never been doing manip for such a long time . and it's been pretty much funny that I found out I have so many negative thoughts available
I've been successfully drawn most of them out during the past years , but still , some of those still hanging in my head , like it stuck there for some reasons.
Can you pull negative thoughts out completely and fill your head with all positive thoughts ??
